Destination in Kupang NTT


     For most travelers probably bored if kept visiting Java and Bali, in addition to the two tourist destinations, Indonesia has many other tourist destinations that are not less beautiful, one of which is Kupang in NTT.
Kupang is a growing city with a multicultural influence among Indonesia, Dutch and Portuguese, mixing cultures and prehistoric relics have made Kupang and plateau in NTT become an exotic destination to visit. 

     Kupang is the capital of NTT in Southwestern island of Timor. Timor favorable position in Southern part of Indonesia, because it makes Kupang as a transit point for international ships.
Kupang is flown at the point in the Sail Indonesia, every year, hundreds of sailing ships across seas berangkat dari Darwin, Australia ke Kupang and other ports in the islands of Indonesia until finally docked in Singapore.

     Kupang, although the name is not as populer as the island of Komodo or Labuan Bajo, but especially Kupang NTT has tourism potential is endless.

OENASU WATERFALL.

     For travelers who are bored  with the sea and beach, Kupang also has beautiful waterfalls to pass up. Oenasu waterfall is only about 17 km from the city of Kupang, Oenasu has a unique waterfall that lies in the rock, and surrounded by trees that make the place be cool.










DUTCH GRAVE SITE.

     There are some people who are afraid to hear the word " funeral ", but there are also some people who are actually interested in getting to know more, let alone ancient cemeteries that have long existed.
Public funeral for Dutch citizens living in Kupang at a time, now has as one tourist destination by the city of Kupang, and maintenance are in the Department of Culture & Tourism Kupang.








     Dutch grave site is located in the village Nunhila, can be reached in just 10 minutes from the city of Kupang.
In addition to the two tourist destinations, there are many other tourist destinations in Kupang.
Kupang itself can be accessed by plane or ferry. El Tari Airport connects the island of Timor with other major cities in Indonesia. As for travelers who use ships, can enter through the Port Tenau.
